GSR brake swap Help!!!!
I'm still having that problem. I would drive for like 10-20 mins and everything would work fine. After that the brakes starts to lock up, only the fronts. I recently change the front calipers, and master cylinder ( brand new from autozone, a couple days old). I also changed the proportion valve. (this is like the 3 one off ebay). and I also change the booster. (2nd one). Now I'm totally stuck, I don't know what else to do. Is there something I'm missing? I bleed the brakes and fluid comes out, so I would think the lines are not clogged. Its like its getting brake fluid but its not returning the fluid???? Any help would be great. P.S. (if i crack the line for the front brakes to the proportion valve than the brakes would be free again (release pressure). But soon as I tighten it and drive again it would lock up again. PLEASE help!!!!

He's got a 13/16ths (I think) and a DA 40-40 prop valve. ...I've seen "Rick Rabies" car.
Will your front brakes return to the normal position at all? Try using a big C-clamp.
Dumb question, but if you pulled your brake booster hose off your intake, will the brakes still stay stuck?
Did this odd behavior start right after changing the brake master cylinder? What size is it? 13/16s, 1 inch? You could try your old BMC if you still have it, or I have one...

I'm using a 40/40 proportional valve (off a non-abs integra) and a 15/16 master (off a RS integra). They calipers are fine after i let it cool down the. and the piston on the caipers do retract after it cools down or if i open a bleeder to releive pressure.??? iono its killing me.

Check the one way vavle that goes from your intake to your booster, it might be sticking. Also an obvious one would be the caliper pins, check to see of there clean and greased and are free and have good movement.
