Default gsr brake swap gone bad <help plz !>

To get to the point I have a 92 Civic Hatchback I just put on a gsr front disk brake swap.
I notice that 1 side spins and the other one is just stuck trying to move could it be a wheel bearing it has been sitting for a while and might be stuck or did i mess something up when i was trying to put the axel in the hub

Is the caliper locked up? It shouldn't be a wheel bearing, because usually when they go out, you would be able to turn it, it would just be harder to turn.

Pull the caliper off. That should answer your question. Sounds to me thats what it is.

Yeah, well a 13/16" master cylinder with 17CL14VN calipers will do that . . .
