Default gsr brake conversion need help

I have a 93 civic lx and was putting on a gsr master cylender, brake booster, and proportional valve. The brake line fitting(the bolt on the brake line)needed for the new mastercylender is bigger than the one i have on my current brake lines. I'm going to get an adaptor tommorrow but i had thought that everything should have fit. I'm guessing its bigger becuase everything else is bigger now. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Also is the actual brake line bigger on a gsr compared to my 93 civic?
