Depends on what you use them for.
The Pro-Kits are great for daily driveability because of their progressive rate design. Also, you don't have to worry about corner weighting your car with them.
However, the Ground Controls are much better for track. You can get custom rates from Eibach with them, and can corner weight your car and get the ride height just right. The only time I would get Ground Controls is with a dedicated track/auto-x setup.

you definately can't go wrong with the Ground Controls. they do use Eibach Race Springs and you can choose a custom spring rate. they'll make the kit pretty much anyway you like it. i had Ground Controls with KYB AGX's on my old Si and i loved them. i've sold a ton of those combinations and haven't had a single complaint.

Stick with the springs... I hate coilovers. I have driven on ground control, Tanabe Sustec, Teins.. etc. They all suck.
There good for road coarse racing but not street driving. Those coilovers were engineered to be on the track and the pros who use them change them out every few months for new sets. Not made for longevity I think. But that's just my opinion.
Adjustabilty is blah when you have camber problems...

I agree, if it's a track auto-x car get the GC. But it's it's a daily driver dont get their, get the some H&R's or neuspeeds. Their cheaper and they're better quality in my opinion. I've heard of some prokits sagging after awhile. What kind of drop are you looking for?
