Ground motor to chasis with Switch to Starter Battery Cable?

Ground motor to chasis with Switch to Starter Battery Cable?
searched and coudlnt find anything on this:
i was in autozone and i came across the switch to starter battery cable and was wondering if i can ground the motor(from the valve cover) to the chasis with this. it's really fat(2gauge). isnt it always best if you ground it with the thickest calbe possible?
