i was driving home the other day and slowly lost power in the car to the point where it wouldn't run anymore. the first thing that someone would blame it on would be the alternator, but earlier that day i had put in a brand new one that was tested ok.

i looked and noticed that the lower ground wire coming out of the fuse box had been cut... could this be the reason that my car was losing power?
