Search the archives. You take the last three numbers after the dot and multiply them by 55 or 56. If the first three numbers is 180 or 200 this is the way you determine the spring rates. If the first three numbers are like 700 or 800 the last three numbers should be the rates in pounds.

http://www.norcalcrx.org/tyson/coilover.html#05 from the RoadRace Forum FAQ...
Looks like the fronts are 330# springs. The numbers you've supplied for the rear are either incomplete or incorrect.

Re: Ground Control Spring Rates?? (Xian)
mine are 300/400 and its has those numbers along with some others printed on the spring itself. but mine are custom rates.
they might be 200/200 if they came "off the shelf", but you can check the site.
I tried to check for ya, but I kept getting an error message.

i just got my 350/450 yesterday...
what you do is when you open the box, there is a sticker in the dead center of the lid.... go to the VERY LAST 3 numbers, and thats your spring rates... they might not mark them if they come stock....
they're also labeled on the red spring.... you'll see a number like mine says "0350" and "0450".... good luck.

95dx is right if your springs are rated in pounds. Some of the springs have metric markings instead where you have to multiply the last three numbers. I think TYSON on this board has a faq in his sig that tells you how to convert kg/mm to in/lb's
