Default Grinding... What could be the problem? (Already searched)

When I drive my car I get a grinding sound coming from the front of the car. As long as the car is moving, it grinds. In or out of gear, clutch ingaged or disingaged.

I just replaced my rack and pinion and axels. The only thing I can think of and I have found is the wheel bearings... Would it be anything else?

How hard are these to replace?

Leads me to think it's the wheel bearings. However, have you check your calipers and made sure they are grabbing the disk?
