does anyone have this yet? i been seing it alot on magazines and trying to get more info but it keeps saying tha same **** so does anyone have it i know the sp was deep and low key but i just want to make shure how this one sounds befor picking it up?

I have the SP and its the most beautiful sounding performance exhaust i have ever heard when i need to replace it i am going to try out the SP2 though

it sounds great. nice deep tone, but quiet. doesnt sound raspy or like a fartcan at all. gets lots of thumbsup's from me

I've heard the SP and thought it sounded very nice but from what I have read/heard there are almost no power gains over stock exhaust. For $400+ I would at least expect some gains.

youre partly right twisted. ive read about 50 reviews about this exhaust and people say the gains are in the high rpms with low rpm torque and hp remaining the same. that was the general consensus about it.

I gotta go find my dyno plots for the SP. I know that it added almost 6 peak HP with no losses down low.

I think other parts affect the power gained by another part. My DC ceramic added 11 peak hp when it was the only mod. I then removed it because someone wanted to buy it but I ended up keeping. When I put it on again I already had an Iceman and SP exhaust and this time the DC only added about 5 peak HP.

I heard the SP2 is exactly like the SP. The only difference is the SP2 is in stainless steel, but everything else like piping diameter is the same.

SP2 has a slightly different tip, and the piping is stainless steel instead of the aluminized steel of the SP. Both have the same stainless muffler can.

yea, thats wut i thought. Sorry on my above post, left out the "full" stainless steel.
Pretty much all the new "2" exhaust, like the Evo2, the only difference is it will be full stainless steel.
