Default Grease!!!

Just wondering do we have a thread anywhere that tells you what is the best grease to use on what part or the car? For example i want to grease up my short shifter ball before i install it onto my EK and for bushing like my subframe bushing? THanks in advance guys.

Grease your shift ball with lithium grease. As for everything else, your manual tells you what grease is best for what part

Unless i get a specific type of grease with things i have a jar of mobil 1 synthetic grease that i always use. As long as its a synthetic grease i say its good. Just read and make sure that its oil friendly if your going to use it for engine building.
