Last night on my way home from work I saw this black celica. Well.... I drove normally until we got to a light and then I pull to the lane next to him. He revs and gives me a look like let race rice boy... I'm ready too... light turns green he beats me on the launch.... and then I power shifted but that was that... I couldn't catch up at all... but it was kewl. Anyone know what the celica must have? It looks like a older model maybe 91?

could have been a GTS-4 all trac turbo.....those are the only ones that had any bals whatsoever.....one of my friends had a regular 91? GTS and he was really slow....140hp + really heavy = slow.....the all trac on the other hand adds a nice little turbo and all wheel drive which would explain the nice launch. they are noticeable by the hood scoop and badging. sorry to hear abotu the loss
