so i got a set of oem foglights for my ek and i know these are the real deal quality ones but i want get feedbacks from people if it would be a good idea to put the lamin x yellow tint on them and throwing some h3 8000k hid kit to make it bright yellow while driving .. ?

why not get a 3000k HID kit? It will be yellow and a ton brighter than 8000k. Not sure if you are aware of this but the higher the K color the lower the lumen output.

which hid kit for the fogs are good? are all compatible?

its not going to be bright yellow man. 8000k is blue. blue + yellow is green.

i've tried it before and i've used 6000k hid, the result was closer to green but not bright yellow.

you know they make yellow light bulbs right?
8000k isnt even close to yellow its blue

either way i would put lamix over them whether its yellow or clear it will help project the lense.

if you want yellow HID you need 2800-3000k

get 2800-3000k hid per kidkorner and put that in instead of 8000k. that will make it bright yellow.

all the times i have seen it, pretty damn well, kept my friends ebay fogs from cracking, he went threw 3 sets in a year, then he put lamin x on and he has been a year without any problems

DAM i didnt men to put 8000k mah bad, i planned on using the 3000k ones cuz those are yellow and maybe 4300? cuz they are white ish?

but ive set my mind on the PIAA crystal IONS those are probably what ima go for cuz the hid lights need modification to the reflector and i dont wanna mess up real raybrigs
