I recently made a post when I got my car weighed. It weighed in at 2160 last time, thats a 94 cx with full interior, 4 speakers, del sol front seats, gsr front/rear brakes, rear swaybar, 14" wheels, b series motor, all factory bodywork. Only weight reduction is a/c removal, replaced ex. mani with header and srs steering wheel was replaced with 330mm sparco. This was on a full tank of gas.

Well, I took some stuff out and went back to the same scales. This time, I took out all interior plastics except rear window trim and front door panels. I took out back seats, spare/tools/jack, passenger seat, carpet, spare tire cover, removed firewall mat and went with half tank of gas this time, and I weighed in at 2040lbs. Things I haven't removed are headliner, plastic around rear window, plastic on tailgate, passenger airbag, tar on front floor. I'm hoping that with a d-series, and all the other stuff I didn't take out removed, I'll be around 1900 even.

I'm going to be replacing my tires with azenis, and installing stainless under gastank exhaust with light muffler, and 18g liteweight tubing soon. Those two things will add a little weight, since the azenis are heavier than my curent tires, and I don't have a muffler at all right now.

thats pretty good i got my 94 cx to 1880 lbs without me in it with a d16z6 and all the panels in no rear seats no heater everything under the dash taken out some other stuff taken out also.
