Default got hydro trans to replace my cable whats part do i need for the swap?

hey guys i have a 92 eg hatch with a jdm b16 swap from an ef with cable trans. i recently bought a hydro b16 trans and need the parts to swap it i have an idea of what parts i need and from what car can i get them but answers to those who have done it will be very helpful so here is what i think i need:

-fork (are b and d series the same? if not will any b series work?)
-all lines with master cylinder, slave cylinder and reservoir (are b and d series the same?)
-mounts (are b and d series the same? if not will any b series work?)
-linkage (do i need a linkage from a hydro b series trans?)
-pedal

thanks

You'll need a hydro B-series clutch release fork and throwout/release bearing. Clutch line and master cylinder from a '96 - '00 Civic. Slave cylinder for any '92 - '00 Civic/'94 - '01 Integra (buy this and the master cylinder new) '99 - '00 Civic Si rear T bracket. Upper transmission mount and bracket from any '96 - '00 5 speed Civic. Pedal assembly from any 5 speed '96 - '00 Civic. Shift linkage from a '99 - '00 Civic Si or '94 - '01 Integra. You'll also need a clutch for a '92+ B-series transmission. If you happen to have a YS1 cable trans you can reuse the clutch you have, but you will need to change the throwout bearing for a hydro one ('99 - '00 Civic Si/'94 - '01 Integra) If you have any other cable trans you'll need a clutch. If the stickers are gone from the transmission attempt to slide the old disc on the new input shaft to check fitment.

Unless I specifically mentioned it no. Most of the parts are different. The only thing I can think of out of that list that I didn't mention is the clutch pedal only (the gas and brake pedals are different between '92 - '95 Civic/'94 - '01 Integra and '96 - '00 Civic)
