Personally I would recommend returning that and getting a Honda one. Nothing like OEM reliability and quality. You don't want to risk it with a B-series motor. Unlike the SOHC hamsters, B's are more expensive to fix = less money for mods

124 indicated 124 teeth so its the right size. OE belt is manufactured by UNITTA; i'd trust an OE belt for sure but thats not to say I wouldn't trust a Gates or Dayco or Bando or Conti-tech timing belt. I prefer Gates for all my belts, they have never failed me (except for normal wear and tear).
edit: UNITTA is actually a Gates company: http://www.gatesunitta.com/about.php
so save yourself some money from buying a honda labled belt and get a Gates belt, they're about half price from honda prices.
