got b16 swap, b16 guru's- pics and questions..
alright i got this swap for pretty damn cheap so i guess you get what you pay for...
please if anybody knows what's wrong with the pictures please post, thanks
1st pic, i know there's gotta be something, maybe a plate or something that needs to go here, i can see the flywheel, probably not good..
2nd pic, the crank pully seems to be aftermarket maybe, which i've read can be bad, also there is a notch like chipped out of it, need replacement?
3rd pic, i thought there were 2 bolts coming up, might be wrong, but does this mount look okay?
Thanks.

You are missing your starter in the first pic...
2nd pic looks like an UR underdrive pulley, it is aftermaket and aluminum. Get a OEM one. Look inside does it have a rubber kinda thing inside, torsional vibration damnper, the OEM ones have it.
3rd pic, the mount bolt is broken.

Tough, wouldnt that be teh mount thats on the side of the power steering, that is secured to the chasis with 2/ 17mm bolts?
You may also want to replace the clutch while the engine is out of the car. 265 for an exedy you cant beat it.

Pr3 can come on both 2nd and 1st gen motors but yours has more of a offset on the drivers side mount and that with the serial number says it's pretty much a 1st gen. Yeah, get your money back and if he refuses post his addy.
