$500. It depends on what you plan to do if you are going to bore it out or throw a supercharger on there. But either way you'll probably want to get cams, cam gears, pulleys, and other little ****.

Right a better question and you will get better answers. I am saying this in a nice way not trying to be a dick. Tell the setup that you have right now, not just the motor, everything. Then tell what your goals are what you are shouting for autoX, 1320, ect.... This will help to get better suggestions.

my setup is very simple i have a 2000 gs-r motor with a header and that is it.
one quick question off the subject, everytime i click on something it pulls up you do not have permission to instant message and i wont even click insatant message anyone know anything about that?

We have no idea if your goin to go turbo or not which is nice to know when you buy a intake and you don't need it...
