Default GOOP Automotive Glue for my Civic pedals

I was thinking of using this stuff on my sparco grip accelerator pedal.I have heard this glue is strong enough to do anything. Its just so hard to mount my sparco grips accelerator pedal with the mounting bolts they give you.

thanks

Find a way to drill and use nuts and bolts. I would NOT trust glue on something like the pedals. The last thing you want is the pedals to become loose while driving. Can you imagine the consequences? What if you're hitting the gas hard for a corner, and the pedal starts moving or falls off? That glue stuff may be strong, but bolting the pedals on is a lot safer.

you actually got all 4 screws on the acclerator pedal in without moving i tot hte side, the reason i dont wanna move it to the side is cause the pedal is so small that u end up seeing the stock pedal and it looks like ****

i've been looking at sparco pedals too, and that has always been my concern. teh screws line up right with that bar.

the grip pedals are only held on by 2 screws, one at the top and one at the bottom. so if you move the pedel to the left of right just a little bit you will miss the rod that is on the back side of your stock pedals.

Goop is excellent adhesive if you have the time to let it cure properly

Heck, I've had double stick tape working for me for a year now (There's no problem with them coming off anyway because the metal plates are the same size as my pedal covers.)
