Good sized tires..
I'm probably going to order some Konig Heliums tonight but I'm really not up to speed on tire sizes and whatnot. I want something that's going to be a quality tire, last a while and look nice wrapped around a 15" konig helium rim.
You can see the tire pic/specs here...
http://www.konigwheels.com/cat...d=137
Also, I've had a hard time locating a dealer for a good set that will also put the tires on and balance them etc. Any good online stores come to mind?

Not many sites will ship the rim with the tire already mounted and balanced. Why not just get the tires from a local tire shop?
205 50/15 is a decent size tire for 15" rims. Most people on here will say to go with Falken Azenis.

I'm one of them. Except winter's coming up. I don't imagine you have to worry about that too much in LV though. Just FYI though, Azenis are not fun on ice. Except in a parking lot, but what isn't fun in an icy parking lot?

So true. You know what we do down here in the desert, right? to make up for no ice! Take your front wheel drive car, put fast food trays under the rear tires and lock the ebrake and drive around the parking lot. yay for fun stupidity. ;D

Re: (PurpleHatchy03)
Anyone from vegas that knows of a good tire shop?
I'm sure Asian Imports can do it but I don't want to pay an arm an a leg to have some tires mounted. ^_^
They quoted me at $350 for labor on a clutch install today. yikes.

Crazy Dry Traction and Speed Rating
Bad Treadwear.
I have Bridgestone Potenza RE910's
there T Rated and Traction is A and Temp is B
Treadwear is 400 twice those tires.
They may not have the dry handling those do but there nice riding and awesome in the rain.

Re: Good sized tires.. (Castor)
Falken azenis are great track tires. And they wear out SUPER fast. Get Kuhmo Ecsta Supra 711s. They are really good and affordable and last a long times. Plus the azenis arent that great for drag racing. But i say if ur on a budget, get kumhos. Or if you can Toyo Proxes, or BFG TA KD(W).

Re: (JoeCDN)
in vegad azenis will be fine. they ride a little stiff but have great traction. on a roadcourse ive found that they will overheat after a few laps and then grease up and get slippery.
i also have the yokohama es100 and they have decent traction and ride softer and will probably last a little longer.
both good tires just dependes on your priority.

Re: (egcoupe)
i've been real happy with my toyo proxes 4 205/50/15s on GSR 5 spoke rims at factory height. These are all season tires and very light (16.4lbs I believe).
Toyo makes a great summer tire which would probably be ideal in the desert I believe its called the Toyo Proxes S14, or something like that...
Proxes 4 mounted and balanced I paid like $330 with old tire disposal.
Proxes S14s probably run about $430 or so mounted and balanced..
also heard good thing about the Falken, they are about $300 for a set mounted and balanced.
