It's only a good deal if YOU think it's a good deal.
Search under Natural Aspirated forums to see the gains to be had with these upgrades THEN come to the conclusion if you want it or not.
Plus, it'll help a lot to know what motor this is going into.

Why don't you go and find out what those go for by themselves and put it together in your head. Why do thing like this always get asked. Anyway, like he ^ said, offer 750 cash and you probably made it out ok.
