Default Good Buy??

So im looking at this 1996 Civic EX Coupe, Its Dark Grey has a sunroof, PDL, PW, 5-speed tranny and D16Y8 Engine in it, it needs a new clutch but the body is in otherwise good condition. It has a warm air intake, catback exhaust, and 18" Rims with Low-Pro's on it. Ive negotiated down to $3000, the car has 120,000 miles on it with the engine recently replaced in it. Buy it or not??

Blue Book price is $4,000, (not taking into account the new motor). Sounds like an ok deal to me, but it's up to you.

Get rid of the rims, i think they look great on the car, they'll come off for the winter but i think they are gonna stay on in the summer. BTW they are 17's not 18's.
