Default Good block cleaner

can one recommend a good block cleaner? just got my new b16a block that im goin to build and need to get the oil off the block. thanks

or carb cleaner. Big Lots (formerly Pic n' Save) sells cans of both cleaners for .79ea a can...

Theres this stuff that i seen in person called Steam, its made by Penzoil and that **** is golden. But like every thing golden it has to be illegal in Cali. But theres some shops that have online catalogs that sells them and ships to you.

Now Cali legal, simple green works great for me.

I used Simple Green it worked good but I think I am going to look for some Steam. that **** is awesome! you can hear it working like Head & Shoulders. lol

Damn .79 a can for brake cleaner over here its like $4.00 and i go though so must damn brake cleaner.

friend of mine works at a steel mill and stole this can of stuff called true blitz degreaser and it worked better for cleaning engine parts than anhything ive ever used but i dont know how difficult it would be to come across a can of it
