GM Syncromesh or GM Syncromesh Friction modified?
i got a 3rd gear grind , anything above 2500 rpm,
before i do any major tranny work, i want to try that miracle GM syncromesh fluid eveyrone is talking about.
i know they don't sell the Friction modified anymore, but i thinki know where to get some.
Is it better to get the Friction modified one or just the reg GM synchromesh?
thx :D

friction modified is supposed to be the stuff. Be aware the grind is going to come back and it's going to cost more to fix it later depending on what's wrong with it now.

The gm seems to work better I've used the Ford and gm modifiers I have to run that trans x cause of my clutch style LSD and yes you mix the additive with the synchromesh if you can afford it run the GM
