Synchromesh has fine beads in the fluid to aid in a good mesh and gear longevity. What trans are you asking about?

The reason I asked what trans it was is because I'm not sure about any of the newer ones. I do know that you can use 10w30 non detergent oil in any honda manual trans through 2000. (I say 2000 because that is the newest honda I have owned/worked on)
