getting rid of the coupe for a hatch

hey guys, had the coupe for over a year, its auto, so its time to buy a 5spd hatch. if i keep some parts off my current car (coilovers, lip, etc.) to put on the hatch, will they fit any hatch 96-00?

rear lip and if you have a cat back exhaust wont fit
