Getting ECU Codes
I have a 93 civic dx and I am trying to get a code.
The only plug I can find is a blue one with three holes. There is a black wire with a red stripe and a white wire with a red stripe and some other solid color wire. Is this the plug I use to check codes or is it hiding somewhere else?

Re: Getting ECU Codes (silvsrt4)
no, that is not the plug. there should be a 3 plug and two plug clip together in a green rubber boot on the passenger kick panel kind of behind the glove box. You want the two hole plug from that green rubber. I believe the wires are blue with some color stripes?? it has been a little while since i last owned a honda to mess with. Good luck

Yea the wires were blue and green, not black and red like the post thats sticked.
It was a pain in the @$$ to get the green thing down far enough to tget the plug out.
Gave me a 17. And my speedo doesnt work so everything else is good. Thanks
