geting a obd1 ecu will that get rid of my 2 o2 plug???

Default geting a obd1 ecu will that get rid of my 2 o2 plug???

i dont wanna put a hole in my cat, so i was thinking why not just get a obd1 for my 00 si, will this get rid of my 2 o2 plug?the one thats in the cat!

if your gonna do that your gonna need to get an obd2 to obd1 harness and an obd1 b16 ecu

This is correct and to answer your question it will eliminate the O2 sensor in the cat.
