Default General Ground Control Spring Rates
I have a set of Tokico Illuminas and looking to get ground controls to go with them. I found them on ebay for 280 shipped. What are good spring rates that are for daily driving and are just a little stiffer than stock to hold a good drop. Here is the auction I found.

350front and 250 rear, these are the 'off the self' rates.
