Default gauge wiring help

first off I suck at wiring and know **** about it thats why I'm asking for help

but Im trying to hook up a boost gauge and an air/fuel ratio gauge on my 94 cx

The air/fuel gauge came with vauge instructions, i think i need to tap the o2 sensor wire and a wire that goes to the ignition?

the boost gauge didnt even come with directions, i hooked up the vacum line to a good port i just dont know where i should hook up the stuff to get the light to turn on? is it okay to hook it to the dimmer switch?

I would also like to do this without taking the dash out

any help is appreciated
thanks

A/F gauge (worthless gauge BTW)
three wires - power(red), ground(black), O2 signal (whatever color)
power - yellow/black wire at ECU
ground - black wire at ECU
O2 signal - white wire at ECU

boost gauge
it depends on which one you have and what wires you have to deal with.
Also what car is this for?

Maybe Eran it was...I forgot who, but somebody wrote a quick writeup on basic auto wiring here on H-T.

That's just an FYI since you said you're bad at it.

EDIT:
Sorry, can't find the post at this time.

you can tap into the option connectors on the fuse box for power if you wish.
but since you're all ready running the O2 signal wire to the ECU, why not run the power wire to there also?
