Default Gauge Cluster, Turn Signals, Clock wont work.

My tails lights and headlights work and hazards but nothing else. No speedo/rpms/temp gauge/gas gauge/clock/turn signals. The cluster still lights up also.

I checked to see if anything was unplugged behind the cluster all is plugged in. I also checked my fuses and all are good... Any ideas?

It's most likely a blown fuse under the dash. What year?

It's a 93 civic hatch I checked all my fuses as stated in first post.

Recheck 10A fuse #15 under the dash. Just replace with a new 10A fuse.

Is there battery voltage at fuse 15 with the key in ON(II)?

The diagram below shows all components protected by 10A fuse #15 under the dash. Do any of these components work? If so, which ones do work?

My hazards work. Nothing else but cluster does light up.

The hazard lights are actually protected by a different fuse under the hood. Check for battery voltage at fuse #15 with the key in ON(II).

I believe so if fuse 15 was not getting power the cluster wouldn't light up would it?

Another thing I noticed even with my key all the way forward my car makes the beeping noise when the door is open and only use to when the key was not all the way forward.

The gauge lights are on a different circuit. They are instead protected by fuse 19. Check for battery voltage at fuse #15 with the key in ON(II).

When you put the car in reverse, do the backup lights work?

Do you know how to remove your cluster? Does the cluster have a tach?

Remove the cluster, unplug the connectors, and test for voltage at terminal A3 of connector A with the key in ON(II).

Nothing on the clip got power when I tested on the A clip. On clip B with key forward I got power at b3 and with lights forward power at B2. Should I splice b3 and a3 together?

B3 should be the right turn signal indicator light and B3 should be the speed signal from the VSS. Give me some wire colors at the pins.

Are you mixing up the A and B connectors?

What about wire colors at the pins you are talking about?

A3 is a solid yellow wire with silver spots in some places no power goes to this wire.
