Default Gauge Cluster Swap Question

I have a 1993 Honda Civic CX (without a Tach) and I am wondering how difficult the swap for a 1992-1995 EX/SI gauge cluster would be. I have no experience working on cars, and this would be the first hands-on project for me. I have a Haynes manual, but I was wondering if there is anything special I have do to get the Tach to work properly. Also, where/who can I pick up a cluster from, and what are some signs that the tach/cluster will not work?

How do you pop off the trim in the middle of the dash? It seems to be stuck on something. Can you name anything I may be missing?
