Default Gauge cluster isn’t working

Hey guys. On my way to work last night, i was driving and my speedometer and RPM’S dropped to zero. It’s no longer reading, my turn signals also are not functioning. Checked the fuses under the hood, and under the dash. All are functional. Any ideas of what could be the problem? Thank you

If it's a 92-95 Civic, check G401 and G501 to make sure they are still connected.
