Gauge cluster install, problems with fuel gauge

Default Gauge cluster install, problems with fuel gauge

Hey guys, I installed a 96 spec integra type R cluster into my 98 civic EX. But the fuel gauge needle jsut keeps falling. How do I fix that?

follow the film on the back to the two wires that you need to change, or switch.
