gaskets for a z6

gaskets for a z6
i'm swapping a z6 motor into my crx, but before it goes in i'm rebuilding it. i'm putting 1g integra pistons and rods. i'm told (by someone who used a compression calculator) that the CR would be about 11.8:1. that's a bit high for me. so here's a bunch of questions.
what connecting rod bearings do i need to get, integra or eg civic?
what piston rings do i need to get teg or civic?
what is a good brand or good place to buy an entire gasket kit (every gasket and seal from vtec solenoid to draing plug in the oil pan)?
is advance auto parts' felpro good for an engine with up to 200 hp (i have more planned mods)?
what is a thick enough head gasket to be able to drop the CR from 11.8:1 to 11.5:1?
thanks a lot guys.

Re: gaskets for a z6 (JuJuBean)
if your talkin bout p29(d16a1) pistons they will make the c/r in a d16z6
go up to 12:1. id use the z6 rods shot peened with the d16a1 pistons.
then go to acura and get a set of new rings for them.
bearings just get a set for a d16z6 motor since thats the motor you are building.
as for gaskets just go to honda and order them nothing like oem.
screw fel-pro.
if you want a lower comp. ratio try using crx si pistons.
it ll still bump it up but make it easier to tune.
heres some helpful info

i was told by the guys on crx resource that the pistons in the d16a1 varied from year to year. the 86-87 would push it up to about 11.8:1 and 88-89 to 89 would run at about 12.3:1. so are you sure you're talking about the 86-87? next...if i used my si pistons in the z6, how much will that boost the CR?
what is shot peening? i'm still pretty dumb, workin' on that knowledge thing.
