Default Gasket question

So I have oil in the 2 Spark plug tubes. I'm going to replace the seals but do I have to replace the valve cover gasket as well. Are gaskets seals only good for the initial seal?

My oil pan has a dorman rubber plug because I think the rapid oil change guys probably stripped the original plug. I was thinking of re-tapping it but doing it with the oil pan off. Again would I replace the oil pan gasket of I remounted the same oil pan.

You can probably get away with using the valve cover gasket again if it's fairly new and in good condition. I believe Honda sells the VC gasket in a kit with the spark plug gaskets and it's not that expensive. So why not just replace it?

As far as the oil pan gasket, I think it's a one time use.

why in the hell would you reuse a god knows how old gasket? how much do you make an hour? i bet the time you waste doing this twice will end up costing you more than a couple gaskets.
