is it possible to fit a larger tank to an EG Civic DX (1995)? I have access to a 93 GSR tank; wondering if it can be swapped in. The stock tank size in my Civic is 11.9 gallons; with the B series swap my range has been reduced. Would be nice to have a few extra gallons in there....

any other larger Honda/Acura tank a direct swap?

Larger tank will hold more gas, therefore weight more. So more for the motor to lug around. Will that extra 2 gallons really change your style? Stick with the stock tank, and save the time to mod something that will give you real gains.

the extra range is needed for racing (EMRA, NASA). I can go about 110 miles from full to empty currently. Would like to extend that 30% or so....

I think the 94+ teg tanks are about 13.2-13.5 gallons.

Get a GSR tank and get the better fuel pump.

Don't think the 90-93 Teg tank will fit.
