gas smell but no leaks
i have a 93 civic EX. just had the timing belt replaced. recently, it has developed a strong gas odor inside the engine compartment and inside the car. sometimes it is barely noticable, but at times, it is very strong. I have looked high and low for leaks, but find none. not on the ground or anything. The guy at Autozone said it might be the fuel pressure regulator, but it's 90 bucks. Is there any way to test where these odors are eminating from?

haha the guy at autozone is a moron
check under the rear seats to inspect the fuel pump cover access cover, see if it smells stronger there.
