Default gas Problems with my 92 cx b16 hatch

oK... im driving everythings coool. ahh im damn near on E so ill pull up to the nearest gas station turn the car off. Fill the car up with premium. guy closes the cap it clicks and i try to start up the car ... It only cranks and it wont fire up. I try this about 3 or 4 times in 2minutes.. Ive give the car like a 5-10 min rest. I try cranking it again and it fires right up!
I had this problem before with the stock d15 in .. so i know its not the motor. I thought it was the fuel pump but i just replaced it about 2 wks ago with a walboro 255lph. Could i have a fuel pump relay problem? i have no idea ive done some searching but i just cant find nothing. Well most honda problems are all solved so let me know guys thanks and the car only has this problem every so often only when i turn the car off and get gas.. Today i left the car running while i got gas and nothin happend so im clueless

could also be you let the fule run out and it took a min to circulate it back up and into the injectors.
