Default Gas flooding?

I got a 95 civic with a D16zc. I kno it's not a civic motor. But I was crusin and I smelled gas. Got back to the crib and checked every where for gas leak or somethin in that area. I pulled the spark plugs and they were soaked in gas. I shined a light down to see into the piston and gas was sitting on it

When was your last FULL tune up plugs, cap, rotor, wires etc. do a injector pulse test see if they're functioning as they should. then post results. could be a bad MAP sensor if it's reading too high it will dump more fuel than is needed. any codes ?
