Wait, are your headlights falling into the bumper kinda like the 4th gen civics do? damn that sucks, try to fix it your self. geez the corner lights are all bucked up.

as for the hood, i have a fiberimages hood also and i had a gap, guess what it was? the freaking radiator bracket holder, i took mine off and it fits just fine! no more gap! if you can find a benen, or spoon holder for 30 bucks it will do the same trick without the gap in the passenger side of the hood. as for the corners, adjust the bumper

The front bumper looks a little skewed. It doesn't look straight dead on. You might want to try repositioning it.

Looks like a possible aftermarket bumper? That's the only thing I can think of. Was your car ever in an accident? Remove the bumper and see if there are shims somewhere under the bolts for the bumper. I'm positive that if you play with it a little you can make it satisfactory. my front end was similar to yours, the bumper just needed to be fussed with a little. It's not perfect now, but it's definately more acceptable to me.

the passenger side fram is bent. i work at a body shop and see this all day. the passenger side fram rail is down to low making the big gaps on the passenger side. that is also pushing the driver side up. take it to a body shop and get them to aline the passenger side rail, that will fix it.

ur corner lenses don't look right, either... did u install them correctly??
'cause some people don't... or maybe it's the frame that's bent...
