FWD= front wheel drive
4WD= 4 wheel drive ( can change from 4WD to RWD )
AWD= All wheel drive, (IE: Lancer EVO, WRX STi)

give me 500 Enzo Ferrari's and I will give you 1 FWD del sol. PM me to close the DEAL!

LOL my fault. I know the project was called project rooster tail, it had the same power distribution as a RT-4WD CRV. made pretty good power, and it was tight as hell to see an integ mid-drift with smoke comming out of the back wheels =D

I'm sure if you think FWD=4WD then you couldnt possibly turn a del sol into a four wheel drive... you personally anyway.

I looked at the title and thought to myself, "did Honda make a Del Sol that was something other than FWD?" I then proceeded to read the thread and realized it was someone who doesn't even know the difference between 4WD and FWD.

Just for reference...

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by JUN EK9 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">FWD= front wheel drive
4WD= 4 wheel drive ( can change from 4WD to RWD )
AWD= All wheel drive, (IE: Lancer EVO, WRX STi)</TD></TR></TABLE>

And it would take a lot of money to convert a Del Sol to AWD or 4WD.

Please try searching numerous key words under "recent" and "archived" topics in this forum and in the Hybrid Forum, or any other forum that applies to your topic at hand.

This forum is being ruined by too many of the same tired "B16A vs. B18C1?" topics and "Should I boost my SOHC or Get a Swap?" type topics. We understand that you want guidance, but rather than post an open topic, why not o some searching and find members here that have had successful builds/swaps and carry on an IM conversation with him or her?

We do care about what you want to do, but when we have literally 10 open topics about the exact same thing it gets highly annoying. This MB is here for ALL of us, not just one person who thinks we should all cater to him or her by posting in his or her topic while he or she NEVER performs searches and doesn't even browse the topics in the first few pages of the forum.</TD></TR></TABLE>

yea it would be nice to have an AWD or 4WD Civic, but not worth the money to convert.

BTW:

Honda 4WD sucks ***** if you are serious about off roading. the Realtime is only good for slippery road conditions and light off roading, such as dirt roads and whatnot.
