Default Fuse problem?

Ok i went to honk my horn today and i heard a pop, and my left turn signal cluster light lit up a little. My left headlight and turn signal are very dim on the outside and when i turn on my left blinker it blinks very fast but both lights ARE working just left side blinks really fast. And when i turn on my brights, the left turn light on the cluster gets brighter, but still blinks when i turn it on. I dont have the fuse panel cover so i need a picture of it so i can replace. Also if anyone knows anything else about it, like if it isnt just a fuse, maybe a relay, or a code jump in the computer, let me know. Thanks.

Also i found it only dims my left parking light and headlight when i actually turn the headlights on but when parking lights are on it seems fine. my blinker works normal and ticks normal but right when i switch my hadlights on its starts blinking faster.

BTW its on a 92 civic hatch.
