fuse keeps blowing...cant find any help
sorry i been searching for posts about my specific issue but couldnt find the exact smame problem...
anyways i have a 95 civic ex coupe and just took out my power steering bump and belt and bracket and resevoir and i go to start my car and it sounds like my battery is dead but its not because my battery light doesnt come on and my alternator belts seams snug and all my head lights turn on it also takes a while before it starts...
also the 10a fuse for the taillight, instrument light keeps blowing everytime i turn on my headlights.. so my dash lights dont come on and its not my dimmer switch because thats what was hoping it would be and my corner lights dont come on but it works when i turn on my hazards and blinkers....
from what ive read it could be a possible exposed wire or ground.... is it possiblly a relay? i really need to figure this out asap....
thanks in advance..

x2 i had to completely dissasemble a whole integra and replace the body harness once because a kid ran over his turn signal socket and it fried alot of wires behind the dash. Did you maybe recently install any electronic components in the car?

Sounds like the red/black wire that runs through your harness is grounded out somewhere. Maybe you pinched a wire when you were removing your power steering. Check any red/black stripe wire in you car (easy access under the hood to turn signal socket) for continuity to ground with a multi meter.

i fried the speaker wires in my deck so i had to run speakers straight to my amp just so it would work is that a possibilty where my speaker wires or something might of fried the dash harness even thoguh my speakers work with my amp...
