Fuse Box Relocation Questions (Searched)

Default Fuse Box Relocation Questions (Searched)

I have a few questions i hope you guys can help me with im going to relocate my fuse box to where my air bag (EK) was and i was wondering if you have to take the heater core or a/c condensor out to even see where the wires would come back through the firewall? pics would be

I'm betting you'll have to take that stuff out. You might be able to get around without doing so but it'll be easy with it out

anyone else how easy is it to take them out? do you have to take both out i might just try it tonight but if any1 has doen it let me know please

i hope you are speaking about the underhood fusebox going to where your passenger side airbag is. if that's the case i don't believe that you should have to pull the heat/ ac system out to do so although having that stuff outa the way helps. you are prolly gonna have to extend some of the wiring from the fusebox as it is terminated inside the fusebox itself. i know on the older eg's...you can pull the bolts retaining the fusebox in it's original home and GENTLY pry off the retainer clips around the bottom edge of the fusebox and you can get it open. you should see that the wires are already terminated and in their respectives pulgs inside the fusebox. you would prolly have to extend the wiring

you dont have to extend any wires to put the fuse box were im relocating it but i can even see where the wire loom for the fuse box wires is at in the firewall too much **** in the way

well i relocated the fuse box lol with time it should show off i had to remove the blower and a/c condensor then it was a charm now just waiting for the password air bag tray to see how much it dishes down to mount the fuse box
