my friend has a fully buit b18c1 turbo and we have been having an issue somtimes it will just stall out and die for no apperent reason and when we pulled the spark plugs the number 4 cylinder was wet with fuel so we had the injectors flow tested and theyre all fine and we put it all back together and it started up just fine and we went for a test run and now the speedo dosent work and in turn vtec doesnt work so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated because my friend is stressin hard over his car

Check the Vehicle Speed Sensor, located down under the throttle body area, ontop of the transmission, its a little hard to get to with the intake in place. This may have shorted out due to just coincidence, and if so, needs to be replaced. There have also been cases of it shorting out because liquid was in the plug (the cupped side, the VSS itself) causing it to not read. This was simply fixed by unplugging it, removing the unit, and drying it out.

If your plugs were wet with fuel, first off, its likely your ignition isnt firing correctly, at least on one cylindar, check to make sure everything is hooked up right, or better yet, is working right. If this problem persist's, i would look into replacing your plugs/wires/cap/rotor
