As stated. I got a 2000 Honda Civic Si (EM1-B16A2)
and it's just shy of 115000 miles and i did an oil change 4 days ago and the Odometer went out, All the other gauges work (Tach, Speedo, CEL, Light ind.)

your two nozzles on the bottom of your TB... cap them and bypass the coolant hoses.

you have a fuse for all that (Tach, Speedo, CEL, Light ind.)
under the dash. check it

Ok. I took off the throttle body again and cleaned it...again, and Capped of the hose underneath the throttle body. Still no change in Idle issue.

I guess I'll just deal with it. It's not a big big thing, it's just annoying to have to tap the accelerator every so often to stop the constant high idle.

The idle issue sounds like your idle air control screw needs to be adjusted. It is located on the top right of the throttle body. As far as the odometer I would check the connections on the back on the Gauge cluster..

I'll try and see if that'll resolve the issue but it's not that it continuously idles high, like when i start it up it idles fine 500-700 rpm, but after i start driving SOMETIMES it idles high after letting off the accelerator. It's like it does it when it wants to.

I'll check again on the cluster but I'm sure that everything is connected right. I checked the fuse for the instrument cluster and it's fine just as i suspected cause it controls the lighting as well as the rest. Whenever something electrical happens the 1st place i look is in the fuse box.

when its idling high see if you can push the throttle body closed by hand and see if that slows your idle down.

If your speedo still works but the odometer doesn't, then your cluster is bad. You can just replace the speedo and that should solve your problem with that.

I agree with checking the throttle body to see if you push it shut if it idles down alot of people have there throttle cables to tight and it will cause this....

yeah i can, but the throttle cable isn't too tight. I had it just right BEFORE i took off the throttle body to clean it and i didn't adjust it since. I took off the AEM V2 yesterday and replaced it with the Injen intake because i got tired of worrying about the rain and hydro-locking my motor.
