Unless you have a motor that is going to use said unrestricted airflow, then no, there is going to be little to no difference between stock, an axleback, and a full system.
However, for future planning, I'd get a full system.

Agreed 100%.
If this is going on any 5th or 6th gen honda (as the forum is titled, 92-00) with the exception of the 99/00 Si and the B16 sols, a full exhaust isn't really going to do jack **** for you (neither will an axle back). I mean it might sound nice, and you might pick up a few HP, but D-series motors don't respond well to bolt-ons.
Unless you're working with a non-stock engine.
