Reset your ECU, any changes in emissions (intake\exhaust) will result in incorect readings on the computer. your car thinks there is an emissions problem. Reset ECU should help.

Jump the service connector behind the passengers side kick panel, turn the key to the on position, and count the blinks of the CEL. Give me a minute to find the diagram.

EDIT: Forget it, I can't find it. Just read this...
Look above the passenger side kick panel above the ecu. You will see rectangular shaped lime green piece of rubber about 2" inches long and 1" inch in height. Pull the connector with wires running into it out of the rubber peice. With the key in the off positon bridge both sides of the connector together, (use a paper clip or whatever.) Turn the key to the on position and watch the CEL. For the first digit of the code, it will blink in long incriments. Then it will blink rapidly for the second digit of the code. For example, code 23- blink......blink......, blink, blink, blink, then a long pause. If thats your only code, it will repeat until you turn the key off. If its not, it will give you another code the same way as the first. Be sure to un-bridge the connector above the ecu and place it back in the boot before starting your car. After you get the codes, post em up here or check a Helms Manual so you can find out what they are.

There is a 2 wire plug inside of a green rubber piece on the passenger side kick panel, where the ECU is. Short those 2 wires together with a paper clip or a piece of wire and watch the check engine light blink. Long pulses are the first digit and short pulses are the second digit of the code.

My engine light came on right after I installed my CAI, I waited a few days to a week and one morning when I started it up, the engine light was gone.

OH NO! not 45! J/K

The book I have says 45 is Fuel system out of range - rich or lean.

But as far as what to do now, I dont know. Clear the ECM? maybe?

did you do a riser? make sure the idle line off pressure is right, we did the B&M command flow riser and wouldnt seal and kept the f.p. at 50 at idle. switched to the aem, and no porblems and no codes, basically it is running a little fatter if thats the prob, if not good luck.
