Default fuel pump problem!

hey i need help a little backround i have a 93 del sol with a b18 c1
my problem is that my car will not start im def getting spark. my fuel pump isnt turning on so i thought let me try jumping it so to speak so i touched it to the battery and i heard it go on...... great exept for that my car wont start im out of ideas so anything would be great i thought about re wiring it but where would be the best place to wire it also my gas gauge when i turned the key would just go to f and whem i took it off the battery it would drop to e which makes sence bc of no power but i kno i only have half a tank as i put in 5 gallons in last night

if it's not the main relay, try a different ECU. (those are the two things required to make the fuel pump prime your injectors)

sounds like the main relay try a different 1.

You likely have a bad main relay, as mentioned by everyone, but also check whether fuse 31, 24, or 18 is blown.

What else runs of the main relay? Bc I think everything else is working?

Some are the fuel pump, fuel injectors, ECU, and IACV.

Oh so basically every thing to start my car lol ok well my other question is when I change it today am I gonna put a new one in and everything should be good?

You also could try to resolder the main relay rather than buying a new one. Click here.

I can't predict the future, but resoldering or replacing the main relay is the first thing to try if the fuses are good.

ive seen the diagrams but it kinda doesnt help if anyone can find or locate a pic it would be greatly appreciated i looked in my moms 94 accord and sure enough its like sticking out jumping out at you my del sol its like elbow deep in god knows where is it where a big brown harness is going im not sure let me kno thanks
