fuel pump problem

fuel pump problem
i have a 92 honda civic and i am putting a b18b into it i have a slight problem though there is no fuel preasure and when i turn on the key before trying to start it i dont hear the fuel pump start up! i changed the main relay and it still dose not work! what all could be the problem??

A pump rarely just immediately dies... it's usually a slow death that's characterized by intermittent failure.
I imagine you're using an Integra ECU with the LS motor in your Civic. Did you swap the pin on the harness to account for the difference between the fuel pump lead on a Civic (A16) to that of an Integra (A15)? That's probably your problem. Move pin A16 to A15 and you should have a priming fuel pump.

are all the plugs on the ecu side pluged up. if you leave a specific one out( the one outside the ecu) it will not start your car
